The Minority Mindset has nothing to do with the way you look or what kind of family you’re from. It’s a mindset.

Love your comments —-Real estate investors warning…When dialing in markets where there are too many regulations, water problems, insurance problems, and rent control… you must be able and willing to move into other markets when you’re market becomes overpriced. Don’t get boxed in. California is one example. Go shop real estate where it makes sense! Look for places where there are lots of great jobs, money flowing, and where there are renting and owning disparities. Also remember, big trees = big money! Look for iconic locations, postcard shots.
